Dynamics Mobile Approvals allows organizations to use document approval workflows outside premises via smartphones, tables and other mobile devices. The solution notifies users directly on their phones whenever they need to approve a document like Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, or Purchase Agreement, then gives them the possibility to see document details and approve or decline a document.

Dynamics Mobile Approvals is available for iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices. It is natively integrated with Dynamics 365/Microsoft Dynamics AX and is intended for organizations with defined document approvals workflows in the ERP.
Dynamics Mobile Approvals operates by using Internet connection from the phone to connect to the ERP and extract the documents waiting for approval from the respective user.
Users may see Purchase Orders pending for approval together with their lines/goods, totals and even downloading any attachments from the ERP.
Users may see Purchase Agreements pending for approval together with their lines/goods, totals and even downloading any attachments from the ERP.
Users may see Purchase Requisitions pending for approval together with their lines/goods, totals and even downloading any attachments from the ERP.
Users may download attachments like PDFs, images, word, excel attachments on his device and view them.
Users are notified whenever new document becomes pending for approval.
